Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 28 years old
- Be unemployed
- Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Have at least 50% for English and a second language
- Have at least 40% for Mathematics OR 60% for Mathematical Literacy
- Have less than one year of work experience
- Not currently be studying at another institution
- Not previously have completed a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA
Who Cannot Apply?
Santam has stated that the following applicants will not qualify:
Candidates with post-matric qualifications such as diplomas or degrees
Individuals currently studying toward higher qualifications
Applicants with more than one year of work experience
