What You Will Do
As a WIL Trainee, you will gain practical workplace experience through various responsibilities, including:
- Assisting with departmental projects and daily operations
- Supporting administrative duties, reporting, and documentation
- Participating in training workshops and mentorship programmes
- Shadowing experienced professionals
- Conducting research, collecting data, and preparing reports
- Working with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Following company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards
- Using Microsoft Office applications to complete assigned tasks
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified Matric certificate
- Full academic transcript
Completed the theoretical component (N4–N6) in one of the following:
- Human Resource Management
- Marketing Management
- Financial Management
- Office Management
